Questions
What evidence formats do you accept?
Linear, Intercom, Slack exports, Zendesk/CSV dumps, and plain transcripts. If you have another source, ask on the call and we will find a path.
How is this different from a product agency?
We do not write prose from interviews. Synloom ranks problems from your existing evidence and gives you a trackable decision record.
What happens to my data?
Your workspace is private. We strip PII before import and delete the workspace on request after the outcome check-in.
What if the report is not useful?
If acceptance rate on the ranked problems is low, we treat it as product feedback and iterate — not an invoice.
