We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send billing notifications
• Send service-related communications
• Provide AI-powered features (your content is processed by AI models to generate outputs)
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. AI Processing

Synloom uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to power agent features. Your workspace content may be sent to these providers to generate outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models. Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI providers
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights
• Team members: workspace content is shared with members you invite

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.
