By accessing or using Synloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Synloom is an AI-powered design strategy platform that provides collaborative canvas tools, AI agents, and workflow automation for design and product teams.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious content or code

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Synloom retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Synloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
