- What it is
- Prioritization frameworks (RICE, value/effort) make your assumptions explicit and comparable — they don’t make the decision for you.
- Why it matters
- The value isn’t a magic number; it’s that everyone can see and challenge the inputs. A surprising score is an invitation to check an assumption, not a command.
