Run your first synthesis
Turn a pile of evidence into a ranked list of the problems that matter.
Synthesis is the moment your evidence becomes a decision. It reads everything you have, clusters related signals, scores them, and ranks the problems.
- 1
Make sure you have evidence
Synthesis is only as good as its inputs. Import evidence first (a dozen items is plenty to start).
- 2
Ask, or run the agent
The simplest way: type “rank my problems” in chat. Or switch to the Synthesis phase and run the Synthesis agent directly.
- 3
Tune the weights (optional)
You can bias scoring toward frequency, severity, or revenue, and set a minimum confidence. The defaults are balanced.
- 4
Watch it work
Synthesis clusters your evidence and scores each problem on frequency, severity, revenue impact, and strategic fit.
- 5
Read the ranked problems
Each problem appears as a card on the canvas, ordered by importance, with a link back to its source evidence.
Emerging signals
Watch for thinly-sourced “emerging signals” — early clues that haven’t been corroborated yet but may matter soon.
