Track an outcome

Recording outcomes is the single highest-leverage habit in Synloom. It’s what makes the system learn which evidence actually predicts good decisions for your product.

   Accept a problem with a decision

   When you accept a problem, state the action and pick the metric you expect to move, with a baseline and target.

   Set a measurement date

   Choose when you’ll check the result. Synloom tracks the outcome as “measuring” until then.

   Ship your change

   Do the work in your product. The outcome waits, linked to the evidence and problem it came from.

   Record the actual result

   On the measurement date, open the Outcomes tab and log the real value. Mark whether it hit the target.

   Watch the loop close

   A hit reinforces the underlying evidence; a miss penalizes it. Your hit rate updates in the status bar, and future synthesis gets smarter.
