Share a workspace

Bring teammates in, or share a read-only link with stakeholders.

Product work is a team sport. Synloom workspaces are collaborative in real time, and you can share a snapshot with people who don’t have an account.

    Invite members

    Add teammates to a workspace with a role — owner, admin, member, or viewer. They see the canvas update live, with cursors.

    Create a share link

    Generate a public, read-only link for stakeholders. Optionally protect it with a password.

    Share for feedback

    Viewers can read the canvas and leave comments without needing to log in.

  4. 4

    Export when needed

    Export the canvas or individual artifacts (like a PRD) to share outside Synloom entirely.

Use a password-protected share link when sending to people outside your company.
