How to think about it
A simple mental model so the whole product clicks.
If you remember one thing: Synloom is a loop, not a folder. You’re not filing artifacts — you’re moving evidence through stages until it becomes a decision you can measure.
Three layers
Two ways to work
Chat-first
Just talk. Ask “what are our top problems?” or paste a draft for feedback. The chat drives the canvas for you.
Canvas-first
Add nodes and run agents directly when you want hands-on control of the layout.
Why “what should we build?” becomes a question with an answer
Any PM staring at a full backlog
The situation. The backlog has forty items and everyone has an opinion. The usual outcome is the loudest voice or the newest fire wins.
What they do
- 1You feed the evidence in and run synthesis — the loop’s first turn.
- 2You ship the top-ranked problem and record whether it moved the metric.
- 3That result quietly re-weights your evidence for the next turn.
The result. Over a few cycles, “what should we build?” stops being a debate and becomes a ranked list you can defend — and that list gets sharper every time you close the loop.
The payoff
Because everything traces back to evidence and forward to outcomes, you can always answer “why are we building this?” with data.
