Methodology
The product-discovery frameworks you already know — and exactly where Synloom does each one.
If you have taken a Product Discovery course, you already know the vocabulary: Double Diamond, Design Thinking, Jobs to Be Done, MoSCoW, the CSD matrix, Crazy Eights, OKRs. Synloom is built on exactly these ideas — this section names each one and points you to where it lives in the product.
Some frameworks run automatically (synthesis ranking, JTBD mapping, MoSCoW prioritization). Some are a mode you trigger (Crazy Eights, the CSD matrix). And a few are still things you do by hand on the canvas — where that is true, we say so plainly.
Double & Triple Diamond
How diverge/converge maps onto Synloom’s five phases.
Design Thinking & Lean UX
Empathize → define → ideate → prototype → test, agent by agent.
Exploring the problem space
“Don’t fall in love with the solution.”
Synthesis frameworks
JTBD, affinity mapping, MoSCoW, the CSD matrix.
Strategic research
Research methods and stakeholder alignment.
Rapid ideation
Crazy Eights, storyboards, and user journeys.
Validation & metrics
MVP, OKRs/KPIs, experiments, business value.
Connected to business
Business Design, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle.
Discovery pitfalls
The common traps — and how Synloom guards against them.
New to Synloom? Read Core Concepts first (canvas, evidence, synthesis, outcomes). This section assumes you know those and connects them to the discovery frameworks you learned elsewhere.
