Design Thinking & Lean UX
Empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test — and the fast, evidence-first loop that keeps it honest.
Design Thinking frames product work as five modes: empathize with users, define the problem, ideate solutions, prototype them, and test with real people. It is not a strict sequence — you loop back constantly. Synloom has a dedicated agent (or agents) for every mode.
Empathize
Empathy agent — cluster users into personas from research.
Define
Definition + Synthesis — frame and rank the real problem.
Ideate
Ideation + Hybridizer — generate and combine concepts.
Prototype
Designer + Flow Architect — screens and flows.
Test
Experiment + Analytics — validate and measure.
Lean UX and Agile
Lean UX trims Design Thinking for speed: build the smallest thing that tests an assumption, learn, and iterate — assumptions over deliverables, outcomes over output. Synloom is built for this loop. The outcome tracker turns every accepted decision into a measurable hypothesis, and the evidence loop feeds what you learned back into the next round of synthesis.
Lesson: the fastest loop wins, so make assumptions cheap to test
- What it is
- Lean UX and Agile both optimize for short learning loops. In Synloom the loop is: accept a problem → state the expected metric → ship → record the outcome → re-run synthesis with what you learned.
- Why it matters
- Big up-front specs are expensive to be wrong about. Small, measured bets are cheap to be wrong about — and being wrong quickly is how you get to right. The outcome loop is what makes each iteration teach the system.
Frame decisions as hypotheses with a metric, not as deliverables. Then let the outcome tell you whether the assumption held.
