Your first 5 minutes
Go from an empty workspace to your first ranked problems in a few steps.
- 1
Open a workspace
Create a workspace from the home screen. You land on an empty canvas with a single prompt box — that’s your starting point.
- 2
Tell it what you’re working on
Type a question or paste research (interview notes, a half-written PRD) into the prompt. Or click “Import tickets & interviews” to bring in evidence directly.
- 3
Bring in evidence
Import a CSV/JSON of support tickets, survey results, or interview snippets. Synloom stores each as an evidence item with a credibility score.
- 4
Run synthesis
Ask the chat to “rank my problems,” or run the Synthesis agent. It reads your evidence, clusters it, and ranks the problems that matter most.
- 5
Review the ranked problems
Each problem appears as a card with signal scores and a link to its source evidence. Accept, edit, or reject each one.
- 6
Track an outcome
When you accept a problem, record the decision and the metric you expect to move. Later, log the actual result — that closes the loop.
